For the tercentenary of the Großer Garten in 1966 the Gallery was given a transparent glass foyer designed by Danish architect Arne Jacobsen.

During the KunstFestSpiele 2012 the Arne-Jacobsen-Foyer transforms into the FESTIVAL LOUNGE with live music sets by DJ Paul Pullover every Friday and Saturday night. Entry is free, feel welcome!
